Thrifting Olympics! 3 Designer shoes for under $100

29 Jun

I pride myself in being able to find designer duds for prices equal to Forever 21 and H & M. I enjoy showing others where to shop and providing alternatives to feeling that all that can be afforded is a sale rack in a cheap store where the quality is poor and the satisfaction lasts as long as it takes to purchase the garment.

Well, a good friend of mine from college, Emily Cauthen, is a great example that not just me but anyone can find great deals in thrift shops. She found 3 great pairs of  brand new shoes by Cole Haan, Bernardo and Stuart Weitzman for a total of $90.

The Cole Haans are the snake print flats. These are a sophisticated neutral color that can be worn for any season with any outfit. Pair with a comfortable pair of skinny jeans or breezy sundress and you are ready to run around the town in style.

The Bernardo sandals are a classic look that dresses up any casual outfit. It’s a great option that is an alternative to throwing on a pair of flip flops.

Last but not least are the Stuart Weitzman Mary Jane lace up heels. Vintage is in! I hope you got the memo. These are perfect! These pumps have a traditional silhouette with a modern lace up detail. Literally, you can wear with anything!

Thanks Emily for letting me share your thrifting sucess!

Just found a cool pair of brand new Cole Haan summer sandals, pewter leather with the tiniest stilletto heel – $24 – at Greene Street Consignment of course….and a black smaller sized leather hobo bag with a cool 60s fabric print interior by Sigrid Olsen. $38. Thrifting is WAY fun!
